Terms and Conditions for the PATH - Truck & Trailer's £10,000 Giveaway
1. Eligibility: The £10,000 giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of the giveaway organizer, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry requirements: To participate in the Giveaway, participants must download the Path - Truck & Trailer Mobile App from either the App Store or Google Play, entrants must pay minimum of one months subscription to enter. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Any incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
3. Giveaway period: The Giveaway begins on [01/12/2023] and ends on [25/12/24]. Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway period will not be eligible for consideration.
4. Winner selection: One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The selection will take place within five (5) business days after the Giveaway ends. The organiser's decision will be final and binding.
5. Winner notification: The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided when downloading the app within seven (7) days after the winner is chosen. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Prize: The winner will receive £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) in the form of a cheque or bank transfer. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other items. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees associated with accepting the prize.
7. Publicity: By participating in the Giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph, and any other relevant information for promotional purposes, both online and offline, without any further compensation.
8. Data protection: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties unless explicitly consented to by the participant.
9. Limitation of liability: The organiser, its affiliates, and partners will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants or winners while participating in the Giveaway or possessing or using the prize awarded.
10. Governing law: The Giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
